Edwin A. Espinet is a retired United States Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel and experienced operator with over two decades of leadership, organizational management, and strategic execution experience. Following his distinguished military service, Edwin founded Great Bridge Investments (GBI) to combine his passion for real estate and business growth with a commitment to community building and veteran empowerment.
At GBI, Edwin directs overall strategy, advanced financial modeling, underwriting discipline, and asset management. His educational background includes a Master of Science in International Real Estate, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and specialized training in AI for business leaders.
Buffy Banner
Buffy Banner brings a dynamic combination of strategic leadership, community engagement, and team optimization to Great Bridge Investments. As Vice President, she leads cross-functional operations, ensuring GBI’s portfolio initiatives remain seamlessly aligned with the firm’s core values and community-first mission.
With a deep emphasis on relationship building, Buffy fosters collaborative partnerships among investors, local stakeholders, and team members.
